Arthroscopy at HOSMAT Hospitals: Advanced Joint Surgery

Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive surgical technique used to treat joint issues. Through small incisions, the orthopaedic surgeon can view the inside of the joint and perform precise procedures such as ligament reconstruction. With its minimal tissue damage, arthroscopy results in less post-surgical pain, quicker recovery, and improved rehabilitation for patients. Most arthroscopic surgeries are conducted as day care procedures, allowing patients to return home on the same day. However, more complex ligament reconstruction surgeries may require a brief hospital stay.

At HOSMAT Hospitals, we have been performing keyhole surgeries for more than two decades, including procedures for shoulder dislocation, rotator cuff repairs, and knee ligament reconstructions (anterior cruciate, posterior cruciate, medial collateral, and posterolateral corner reconstructions). We also offer ligament reconstruction for recurrent patella dislocations using minimal access techniques.
