Male Menopause


Age and time do not leave anyone, and neither can be controlled or reversed; human beings are no exception to this natural, irreversible phenomenon.

Menopause is one term most often correlated and used for females and is mostly associated with women with age. Do you know that men also undergo this phenomenon? This is termed Male Menopause, Andropause or Late-Onset Hypogonadism.

The concept of female menopause and male menopause is different. In male menopause, it does not lead to immediate cessation of fertility, unlike in females, but is a gradual decline in hormonal levels.

It’s important to recognise the fact that ageing is a process, and one has to accept it first.
